LOT 2010 is the set of targeted strategies, benchmarks, rationales and actions to transform a new LOT student into an acceptable LOT graduate. It is the programmatic foundation for the Washington, DC Leaders of Tomorrow program. At various stages in their LOT evolution, Leaders participate in various activities and are exposed to various concepts related to LOT’s core principles. They must demonstrate mastery of those concepts in order to advance to the next stage of their LOT evolution. Why is the model called LOT 2010? The first class to graduate from high school after successfully mastering all of the competencies should be the class of 2010.
