NBMBAA – Washington DC Chapter Scholarships

The Washington, D.C. Chapter of the National Black MBA Association, Inc. believes that educated professionals are key leaders that drive prosperity in our communities. We know that by investing in a student’s education today, our association will reap benefits tomorrow. The future CEOs, business managers and other professionals that we will need to drive the economy, create jobs and provide professional services for our communities are in school today. That is why the Washington, D.C. Chapter has provided more than $100,000 in scholarship funds to local high school, undergraduate and graduate students in the last five years alone.

The National Black MBA Association, Inc.’s goal is to build a solid pipeline of support through which young people and our members can travel from the classroom to the boardroom. The organization provides more than $500,000 dollars annually in scholarships to undergraduates, graduates and doctoral students pursuing careers in business. The program’s mission is to identify and increase the pool of Black talent for business, public, private and non-profit sectors.
